ADMISSION FOR FIRST YEAR DEGREE PROGRAMS 2026-27(As per NEP-2020)

F.Y. B.Com.(Banking & Insurance), F.Y. B.Com. (Accounting & Finance). F.Y. B.Com (Management Studies). F.Y. B.Sc. (Computer Science) , F.Y. B.Sc. (Information Technology).F.Y. B. Sc. (Biotechnology).

Students Seeking admission to First Year Degree Program need to follow below mentioned steps:

STEP 1: PRE-ADMISSION ONLINE ON MUMBAI UNIVERSITY WEBSITE.

Note: Students must have ABC ID/APAAR ID before online enrollment.

ii Click on New Registration. Carefully read the important instructions and fill in the registration form.
iii After successful registration, fill up all the details of university enrollment form.

While enrolling for DSPM's K.V. Pendharkar College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Autonomous (College Code: 262) on University Website select AUTONOMOUS Tab.

For e.g. If you wish to apply to B.Sc. (Computer Science) then select B.Sc. (Computer Science) (Autonomous).

If you wish to apply to B.com (Accounting & Finance). then select B.com (Accounting & Finance) (Autonomous).

iv The link for Pre-Admission Online enrollment on university website will remain open from Wednesday 06 May 2026 to Thursday 21t May 2026 up to 1.00 P.M.

STEP 2: FILL UP COLLEGE ADMISSION FORM

Admission Forms are available from 06th May. 2026 (Rs.200/-) at following venues. Counter no 2, Ground Floor.

STEP 3

Submit College admission form along with the print out of Pre-admission online enrolment form of University of Mumbai (It is mandatory) and all the necessary documents(as per the list attached below) as per given schedule on or before Thursday, 2I May 2026 up to 01.00 pm.

For admission purpose Duly filled and signed college admission form need to be submitted with below mentioned documents:

  • Copy of Pre-Admission Online Registration form of University of Mumbai Photocopy/Online copy of HSC Marksheet
  • Photocopy of Leaving Certificate if available at the time of form submission
  • Recent Passport size photo Photocopy of Student Aadhar Card
  • Photocopy of Caste Certificate, if applicable
  • Photocopy of Parents/Guardian PAN card
  • Leaving Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Migration (Mandatory) For Student from other than Maharashtra Board

Admission will be provisional till student submit the original documents (HSC Marksheet & Leaving Certificate).

Outsider Students: Students should note that Admission will be given on Merit basis (All Programs).

The schedule for display of merit list and admission is as per the Mumbai University circular dated 4th May 2026

First Merit List will be displayed on Tuesday 26h May 2026 at 11.00 am. All admissions to the First Year of Degree Programs and their activity will be as per the provisions and guidelines of NEP 2020 issued by Government of Maharashtra. University of Mumbai and University Grant Commission from time to time.

Eligibility fees will be collected separately at the time of confirmation of enrollment for students other than Maharashtra State Board:

Students belonging to reserved category, who would be availing fee concession benefit must fill and submit the scholarship form. If they fail to fill the Scholarship form, they will have to pay the full fees the end of academic year.

FIRST YEAR DEGREE COLLEGE ONLINE ADMISSION FORM FILLING PROCESS (STEPS)

Steps to be followed for filling your Online Admission Form:

1 The Login Credentials (User Name & Password) from Counter No. 2 on the ground floor by paying the admission form fees.
2 Visit the College website: https://www.kvpendharkarcollege.org/
3 Click on the ADMISSION tab and select ONLINE ADMISSION FORM.
4 Login using your User Name & Password.
5 Fill the complete online admission form and save it.
6 Take a printout and submit it to the college as per the University schedule.
